Taro Aso's downside disclosed by Nonaka

All Japanese media disseminate that the ruling Liberal Democratic Party Secretary General, Taro Aso, is the front-runner in the LDP presidential election on Sept. 22. However, Aso does not seem to be a capable man of neither the prime minister of Japan nor a politician. At the end of August, 2008, the former LDP lawmaker, Hiromu Nonaka, critically blamed Aso for his doubtful humanity on TV.

When Nonaka was able to be the most advantageous candidate for the LDP presidential election in 2001, after the Prime Minister Mori resigned, Aso was likewise in the race at the time. Aso stated in a factional meeting, “We should not make the Prime Minister who is from Buraku (Socially and blood-relatedly discriminated group.)” Aso meant Nonaka. Right before Nonaka retired as a diet member, he denounced Aso regarding this problem at a party’s Executive Council Board.

If this is true, he is the furthest person from the Prime Minister of Japan and questionable to his humanity. This type of person who advocates discrimination had better retreat from the political world. Nonaka had criticized Aso on TV with this issue.

Furthermore, the situation where no major Japanese medium have unrolled this issue means how media are being used to pull peoples’ attentions only toward this LDP’s presidential election and the party itself.
